Explore our recreational tumbling classes for children ages 6 to 18.

Attention Cheerleaders, Dancers, and Gymnasts! Flip 2 It Sports Center’s Tumbling Program is created for students who want to work exclusively on the floor exercise. Tumblers will make use of a variety of equipment such as incline mats, panel mats, resi mats, our 30 foot tumbl trak, rod floor, trampolines, spring floor and cheer floor. There are tumbling classes offered for students of all levels. Tumbling is highly beneficial for current and future cheerleaders, dancers and gymnasts who just want to improve their tumbling skills, flexibility, and strength! Correct technique will be emphasized for all tumbling skills, strength training exercises, and flexibility drills.

Flipping Foundations: Advanced Skills & Clinic

Tumbling Level: Intro 1 & 2

Intro 1 & Intro 2 are our beginning level tumbling Classes. These levels will give each student a solid foundation for their future tumbling classes. Students learn proper body positions, forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels and a bridge.

Level 1 tumbling moves into strong handstand positions, round offs, bridge kick overs and beginning back handspring progressions.

Open Gym!

Every Wednesday, Ages 13+ (Flip2it)

Join us Wednesday nights for our 2 hour open gym session perfect for athletes of all skill levels. Whether you’re working on basics, refining advanced skills, or just having fun, you'll have access to equipment like beams, bars, vaults, ninja rig, ninja wall, aerial silks and hoop, and everything else our facility has to offer. Our experienced coaches are available to provide tips and guidance. It's a great time for individual practice, group drills, or just exploring new techniques in a supportive, open environment.

Spring Break Gravity Camp! 4 Days!

Ages 5-12

Join us April 14th - 17th for our 4 day Gravity Camp! Your kids will learn the fundamentals of gymnastics, tumbling, ninja, and aerial circus in a fun creative environment. From basic to more advanced skills on the bars, beam, and vault, floor and trampoline our experienced coaches will help your child develop strength, flexibility, and coordination through engaging stations and activities.
