Baby Ninjas

2 to 3 1/2 Yrs

This is the first step in creating confidence in young children! In an organized, yet playful structure, this parent and tot class is the perfect way to socialize your child, allow them to learn and understand what it means to follow instruction, and of course, get them moving!

Lil Ninjas

3 1/2 to 4 Yrs.

Lil Ninjas is the entry level to the all-new sport discipline inspired by gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle training, and freestyle movement.This is the first step in creating confidence in young children! In an organized, yet playful structure, this parent and tot class is the perfect way to socialize your child, allow them to learn and understand what it means to follow instruction, and of course, get them moving!

Ninjas

Ages 5+

This class helps to gain strength from training and practicing the Ninja course. We work on gaining physical strength but also work to inspire the grit, determination and fearless attitude of a warrior. 50 percent course training and 50 percent flipping and gaining trampoline skills.

Open Gym!

Every Wednesday, Ages 13+ (Flip2it)

Join us Wednesday nights for our 2 hour open gym session perfect for athletes of all skill levels. Whether you’re working on basics, refining advanced skills, or just having fun, you'll have access to equipment like beams, bars, vaults, ninja rig, ninja wall, aerial silks and hoop, and everything else our facility has to offer. Our experienced coaches are available to provide tips and guidance. It's a great time for individual practice, group drills, or just exploring new techniques in a supportive, open environment.

Spring Break Gravity Camp! 4 Days!

Ages 5-12

Join us April 14th - 17th for our 4 day Gravity Camp! Your kids will learn the fundamentals of gymnastics, tumbling, ninja, and aerial circus in a fun creative environment. From basic to more advanced skills on the bars, beam, and vault, floor and trampoline our experienced coaches will help your child develop strength, flexibility, and coordination through engaging stations and activities.
